How a same-day emergency visit works
- Call us first. Dial (424) 722-6124 and tell us what's going on. A real person answers, any hour of the day or night. Calling first means we can hold you a time and have a room ready, which is why we don't take walk-ins.
- We hold you a same-day time. During office hours you'll get a time that day. Have your insurance card nearby if you carry one.
- Get treated. One of our dentists examines the tooth, takes X-rays, explains plainly what's wrong and what fixing it costs, then starts once you say yes.

Every emergency visit begins the same way: an exam and diagnostic X-rays for $89. The X-rays matter because most dental emergencies start below the gumline, where nobody can see. Once the dentist knows what's actually happening, you get a written price for the treatment before anyone picks up an instrument.

Insurance and payment
We accept most major PPO plans, including MetLife, Guardian, Delta Dental PPO, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, and Prudential. Bring your card or have the plan name ready when you call. The written price you approve is for the treatment itself, and your plan is billed according to its terms.
Paying over time is possible too. Financing options are available, so ask when you call and the front desk will walk you through it before treatment starts.
Evenings and weekends: the phone is answered 24/7
Our chairs run Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The phone never closes. Call at midnight, call Sunday morning, and a real person picks up, takes your details, and holds you the first opening, usually Monday at 9:00 AM after a weekend call. If a toothache hits Friday night, calling right then gets you ahead of everyone who waits until Monday to dial.

How much does an emergency visit cost?
The exam and X-rays are $89. After that, the dentist gives you a written price for whatever treatment is recommended, and nothing starts until you approve it. We take most major PPO plans, and financing options are available if you'd rather spread the cost out.
I'm scared of the dentist. Can you help?
Say so when you call, especially if a past visit went badly. Sedation options are available, and the dentist will go over what fits your procedure and health history before treatment. Nobody here lectures you about how long you stayed away.
